Key responsibilities:

Involve in fund-raising activities for existing portfolio companies

Involve in evaluation of new investment opportunities

Prepare investment memorandum, presentation, research, valuation and comparable analysis

Involve in all aspects of the deal execution process, including due diligence, financial modelling, negotiation

Collaborate with the legal counsel and corporate secretary for corporate transactions for SPRIM and the portfolio companies

Maintain relations with existing investors and establishing relations with potential investors for SPRIM and the portfolio companies

Involved in day to day project management and execution

Manage ad-hoc projects to existing portfolio companies
Requirements:

Relevant degree in Accountancy/Economics/Finance

At least 3 years of relevant working experience

Preferably with knowledge/experience in Life Science industry

Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

Organized, analytical, and results-orientated individual who enjoys a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
