Background

Phoska is a biopharmaceutical company with a proprietary AI platform driven by clinical data. We have deep expertise in identifying and developing novel treatments in neurological diseases.

In a POC of Phoska’s PhoskaScan platform identified a novel treatment for multiple orphan diseases as well as in large neurodegenerative conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease. Phoska has completed the optimisation of two compounds by medicinal chemistry and has demonstrated robust brain exposure in the lead compound.

Professor Ruth Arnon is the Paul Ehrlich Professor of Immunology at the Weizmann Institute in Israel. She is a world leader in her field with a track record for translational medicine. She is the inventor of Copaxone (Teva – over $4Bn in peak sales). She has recently conducted very impressive animal experiments that link two major pathways in Alzheimer’s and demonstrated robust efficacy in a well established efficacy model in mice.
